- What insurances do you accept? We accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield, United
Health Care, Aetna, Medicare, Cigna, Medcost, PHCS, Tricare, and other Major Medical. We do not accept
state Medicaid.
- What forms of payment are acceptable? Visa, Mastercard,
and checks $35.00 or less with photo ID.
- What is your returned check fee? $20.00
- Do I
pay a co-pay for bloodwork or an injection? Yes.
- When do you
receive flu shots? We receive flu shots in Late October, you can call our office to get on a call-list to be one of
the very first to receive yours.
- What is your refill policy? Dr.
Dixon is usually generous with refills, but this will depend on the type of medication, and underlying medical problems.
- What are your policies on calling in narcotics? No narcotics are called
into pharmacies over the phone.
